Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards across multiple locations, while ensuring timely closures and positive candidate experience,
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring across India.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
